  1. To provide an update on the Physician Wellness Program and The Ottawa Hospital physician health initiatives.
  2. To summarize resiliency skills adapted from the Canadian Armed Forces "Road to Mental Readiness Resiliency Program".
  3. To share future goals and projects related to physician and health care professional wellness.
